Painter Needs!

I need a better version of Painter. Back in the day when I was rocking windows 98' I had a good version of painter. It had this etch tool that was good for inking. The only problem is I don't have that tool on my new version of Painter. I think I need Painter X.....for the price of a two week paycheck! So disgusting, unless it's changed I think the full version was around 5 hundred or so. I think the upgrade is around 3 H on discount. I don't know. But if you guys know a good inking program let me know. The painter I have now has a cool charcoal tool that I like, I'll post something I drew with it soon.

Oh yeah, I have footer and Header options now, how do I rock them properly?
